Services

iMPROve Health offers two kinds of primary services: Quality Improvement and Review Services.

Healthcare quality improvement drives rapid, large-scale change that puts patients first, contributes to better care, improves population health, and lowers costs. Our work includes Medicare quality-improvement initiatives as part of the Superior Health Quality Alliance, along with efforts to battle cancer, diabetes, hypertension, and mental health.

For more than three decades, iMPROve Health’s review services team has been at the forefront of national efforts to make healthcare better. Our work is data-driven and delivered by experienced professionals. iMPROve Health’s review teams are recognized statewide and nationally as leaders in Independent Review, Independent Peer Review, Informal Dispute Resolution, and Independent Informal Dispute Resolution. We are also well known for our work on the State of Michigan Medicaid Fee-For-Service PACER and Long-Term Services and Support contract.

Our leadership and experience, including more than 400 highly qualified clinical reviewers, give our clients unparalleled access to impartial, leading-edge resources and solutions.
