iMPROve Health is happy to announce that the Governor’s Award of Excellence is back!
Developed in 2003, the Governor’s Award of Excellence recognizes providers focusing on some of Michigan’s most pressing health issues. iMPROve Health is working closely with the MHA Keystone Center and Michigan’s governor to offer this award program to outstanding healthcare organizations for 2022-2024. We know the healthcare community is always working hard to improve care – you deserve to be recognized!
Enrolled organizations will have the opportunity to win the Governor’s Award of Excellence in up to three different measure categories and can receive Medals of Achievement by demonstrating the utilization of Person and Family (PFE) and/or Health Equity strategies to drive improvement.
