Quality Measure Abstraction and Reporting
iMPROve Health is uniquely suited to lead and abstract your ACO’s quality data. Quality data abstraction is required for your accountable care organization (ACO).
Reporting your ACO’s quality data to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires unique skills, including current knowledge on using electronic health records (EHRs), coding, ACO measure specifications and experience using the web interface tool to submit data.
These time-consuming and strenuous processes divert staff from other responsibilities. Those with ACO quality-reporting experience know what it takes to effectively submit accurate reports.

Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) Hub Partner
iMPROve Health is a certified ECHO Hub Partner. The ‘all teach, all learn’ model has been proven to be effective and scalable. Participants engage in a virtual community to share, support and learn from their peers. Each session will measure changes in knowledge.
Through video conference technology, TeleECHO clinics are held as peer-to-peer case consultation sessions. Using this model allows practitioners to enhance their knowledge and comfort level in various topics.
